When you say you want a large elopement/very small wedding, not everyone quite understands that. Scott and Anthea assumed nothing and from the first conversation understood our vision for the day and incorporated our desire for a minimalist approach that focused on the things that were most important to us - a relaxed event that we could share with friends and family.

We fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it. Wentworth Park is a faithful reproduction of a Georgian-period mansion that is based on Old Government House at Parramatta. It has all the charm and presence of an historic home, and all the warmth and welcome of a contemporary intimate venue.

Scott and Anthea understood our desire to make this incredible venue the hero of the day. Our guests were so impressed with the fusion of historic charm and informality and we all instantly relaxed into a great afternoon and evening.

The catering was beautiful. We had an unusual combination of dietary requirements for us and our guests and they accommodated all of them effortlessly.

We cannot recommend Wentworth Park Events highly enough. From the first moment we connected they couldn’t have been more accomodating, they worked with our schedule, they listened intently to ensure they understood everything and was single focussed on working out how they could join their venue to our wedding vision.  They worked with us on every element of the wedding to create the perfect day - great memories that will last a lifetime.
